You need three things to start the engine. Compression, fuel, and spark at the right time.
Let's assume compression is okay and we can come back to that if needed. Let's start with spraying some starter fluid in the intake and see if it fires. Even though you replaced the entire fuel system we still could have a fuel issue.
Then we need to confirm spark is getting to the plugs. If the vehicle doesn't fire with starter fluid then pull a plug and hold it against the block and crank the engine and see if we have spark on the plug.
Lastly if these two don't lead anything then we need to check compression. Here are some guides that goes through all of this:
