I installed aftermarket LED taillight assemblies. Everything on the lights work, turns, brakes and reverse lights. The problem I have is that when the switch is turned on the taillights blink and shut off, but again everything else. Works besides the constant tail lights. I have power everywhere I am suppose to at all times. Thanks yup you in advance.

From the description it sounds like either the lamps are defective or the vehicle is shutting them off due to a fault it finds. I would try swapping them back to stock, if everything now works then you may need to try different LEDs to see if there is a problem. Many vehicles will see an LED as a bad bulb because they don't draw the same current as an incandescent lamp.
