Taillights not working

Both taillights completely stopped working. No signals, brakes, no light at all from either. Can this be a fuse issue? If so, where are the fuses located?

Does the third brake light work? I assume that it is which means we do need to inspect the park lamp fuses which you have one for the left and right assembly. They are in the under-hood fuse block.

However, it is unlikely that two fuses blew at the same time so the relay would make more sense.

The way this works is the trailer park lamps relay feeds the park lamps and turn signals so let's start with checking these two items.

Let's start with this but do you have LED lamps or not?

Please see the info below and then we are going to need to check for codes and find out if the BCM has set any codes as it will if there are circuit issues.
