The engine switches off when I let go of the accelerator pedal?

I recently replaced the fuel pump and fuel brake line. And now the check engine light is still blinking, abs light on, brake light and fuel light. The engine is shaking and whenever I let go of the gas while driving or if I hit the brake the engine just shuts off. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

It sounds like the engine is misfiring, I would start with a code scan, this guide can help:

If it has been a while for a tune up, I would replace the spark plugs and service, the throttle bore.
