Can a stuck caliper pin cause brake squeal?

Can a stuck caliper pin cause brake squeal? The squealing was coming from the left front which is also the same side that had the stuck caliper pin?

The squeaking is coming from the worn brakes so to answer the question, it can cause the brakes to wear which will start to cause the noise. Here is a guide that will help with replacing the pads and lubricating the pins as well:
