Hi Soulshaker33,

Is there any chance you have access to a vibration analyzer? If you don't have one, I would recommend asking around to see if any one you know has one. Using this will limit this down to the system that is causing the issue.

If not, we are going to have to take a measurements. Starting with rotor and hub runout measurements. You have replaced all the common components that cause this but you clearly still have an imbalance somewhere. The fact that you feel it in the steering wheel makes me think you have excessive runout on the hubs due to the rotors being new. Let me know what the reading is and we can go from there.

Other possible causes are axles but again without an analyzer this would be hard to verify.
