I try to to turn on my street yesterday and I hear a pop in the front right of my car now my car swerves I don't know what it is.

The pop may have had a ball joint go on it especially if it swerves. If it swerves while driving have it towed to a garage and have front end checked. It will not be safe to drive like that.

Ok that's what I kinda figured and when turning it makes a grinding sound as well

The grinding sound may be a wheel bearing or axle joint. But if it swerves while driving have it towed.

Maybe but that would signal an abs problem so it will need to be scanned anyhow. The pop could have disconnected or stretched a abs wire which is very thin but until it' s scanned you don't know where to check.
