Steering not turning all the way to the left

I was in a accident and ever since then I can turn to the right all the way but the left I can only turn barley at all until stops all the way.

Was the accident involving the front end at all? More then likely this is due to a steering or suspension component is bent and it is preventing you from turning. There is a change that this is a steering gear issue but more then likely it is one of the steering components.

I am attaching the diagrams below for the suspension and steering components for you to review and then inspect them on your truck. I would lay on the ground and turn all the way in both directions to find where the binding is.
