Just so we cover the basics. Have you tried to jump start it?
In case the battery some how got drained or if it got a dead cell.

Typically if you just get a click with a good battery then it points to the starter or a loose connection to the starter that is not allowing full power to turn the engine.
Make sure the battery cables are secured and clean. Check the cable that attaches to the starter as well for any corrosion.
If you are unable to jump start it, if it still just clicks with all the cables secure then it will likely the starter, even though you have just replaced it.
