Stalls when transmission is shifted into gear

After i start the car and put it in reverse or drive it stalls after a few attempts it goes fine.

I suspect this issue is going to be the torque converter. I am attaching the stall test that we need to run after you get the engine to be able to go into gear.

I suspect the converter is locking up and after it gets warmed up it is releasing. So let's do two things. First, start the engine and just let it warm up for about 15 minutes and then try and put it in gear. The transmission fluid will not be completely warm but I wondering if it make a difference.

If not then we need to do the stall test and see what happens. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks
