Stalling when decelerating

My van stalls at least once a day when slowing down/stopping usually from higher speed. I usually can tell when I’m about to stall before it happens. Transmission lines were replaced from holes, oil cooler replaced from crack and fuel pump replaced just to see if it helped it didn’t. I need help please.
