I did, I payed to get a diagnose and they said nothing comes up. Injectors are okay. They are saying that it could be EGR valve the electric part does not work.

My bad, I have seen low fuel pressure and fuel contamination cause this issue as well. You say it does not lose coolant? Looking at the video again it looks like coolant or normal condensation. Does it go away when warm?

Sometimes it does go away and it does not lose any coolant or burn oil at all. I changed the oil before four month and I have not received any oil loss so I do not really know what is wrong with it.

If the smoke/steam goes away when hot then the steam is normal. Are there any other problems you see besides the steam?

It sounds like you have a broken oil control ring on one or more of the pistons. Can you touch inside the exhaust pipe (cold) and see if it is oily?

No it is not oily at all. Could that happen from a bad glow plug or bad oil use? Or I do not know.

I do not think a glow plug would cause it. More like water in the fuel. When is the last time you changed the filters?
