I did notice it. It could be a few different things. By chance, is there an odor associated with it? I ask because it could be a brake that is hanging up.
The next time you drive a distance, when you park, get out and see if there is excessive heat coming from that wheel. You can compare it with the driver's side of the vehicle to see if it is hotter.
Next, check to make sure the coolant level isn't dropping. You may have a coolant leak and you are seeing steam. The water pump will be on that side and low in the engine compartment, so it is very possible for steam to come out like that.
