Got in to start, ran for 2 seconds and shut off. Attempted a second time and got the same result. Third attempt resulted in no crank, no start with flashing security light that will not go out.

Fixes attempted so far:
1. Removed and hard reset TIPM (removed both battery terminals and zip tied together and removed TIPM overnight.
2. Checked relay and relay box for corrosion.
3. Turned key to on position left for 10 minutes, turned off (leaving key in ignition) waited 30 seconds. Doing this 3 times.

Everything turns on, battery was tested, starter tested, fuses checked, wiring looked over for wear, can hear the fuel pomp engage, fob works.

Can someone point me in a direction?

Welcome to 2CarPros. Your description sounds like a failure in the security system. Do you have another key to try? That would be the first thing. Next would be to use a ring tester like the first image to see if the transponder signal is being sent to the key. From there you would need a scan tool to tell you what the modules are doing when you insert the key to determine if the key is being read and then which module is the problem. As for the fob's working, they use a different part of the system, so don't really mean much to the security system.
As the security light is flashing I would think it's either the transponder antenna or the key is damaged. Usually if it's a hard failure in a module the light will just stay on.
