A few days ago after leaving the store I get into my car and it won't start. The lights, the radio, the a/c, all electrical aspects in the car worked, but the engine would not start. I live in tx so I assumed it was the battery, I jump the car it starts right up. Yesturday I get ready to go to work(about 1pm) and same thing happens. I have a Power Pro 12v booster/DC power that I connected to the car took about 10 mins but it started. When iwent for lunch samthing but this time no go with jump start. Check the charge on the battery and it was good. What else could it be.

The first thing I would check would be the battery just to be on the safe side. It sound's like it's the starter not working when it get's hot. Do you have a multimeter to trace power.

Yea that is what I was hoping, easy fix for me. No I don't have one but I plan to get one today, or probly go to AutoZone, they might have one. Also, it is a manual so does the klutch have an effect in this situation?

As long as you already had the battery tested and made sure the cable's were clean and tight then we can move on to tracing power we have to do this when it doesn't start. Yes your clutch switch could be bad but it doesn't sound like it with it only happening when it's hot. Just so were clear on this when it didn't start did the starter turn over the engine?Or was it a no crank no start? Was the security light on or flashing when this happened?
