Electrical problem
1991 Saturn SL1 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 137773 miles

My power locks keep opening and closing the switch on their own. This keeps killing my battery. I am not exactly sure what the problem is but I was wondering if there was a fuse i could pull out to turn them of..... or if there is another way to fix this problem.

the fuse does not blow. so this not not a short to ground, but I believe it is a short to power.it is not within the component ( the switch) if it is the switch, it will not operate properly or not at all.
The most likely is a short to power where component operates unintentionally, and that is our case here.
you should get to the switch and trace the wires to the first connector. check it for corrosion or water getting in, or burn wire insulation.
