i have a 1994 saturn sl2
how do i remove the windshield?
& my passenger side seat belt(the top 1) doesn't move back & forth anymore, any ideas?

To remove a windshield you need the tool that's made for the job! If you try it just keep in mind that the windshield plays an important role if the air bags deploy! If not done right, they will pop the windshield out, and won't protect you! If you don't know how to do it leave it to a pro...
Seat belt may need a new motor.
