engine compression

1993 saturn sl2, 4 cylinder , 160,000 miles,what is the engine compression supposed to be?
engine idles high when first started, then it bogs down and will not accelerate, wanted to check engine compression, but don't know what it's supposed to be.

It's kinda goofy the way they list it. On one hand they say no cylinder should be under 100 psi. Then they say the minimum should be 180. But the spec they list is 185-205 psi
