97 Saturn SL1 1.9L electric radiator fan

You may have already tried this but if not try turning your air conditioner on this will turn your electric fan on, your 97 has two bosch relays for your fan (located next to battery) one is tied in through engine coolant sensor which turns fan on when your temp reaches a preset limit. The other is directly connected to your air conditioner in order to ensure air flow through coils. So if your fan comes on with a/c. The problem is not your motor, but could be relay or coolant temp sensor (which is located at base of head on the drivers side) hope this helps good luck!
