1999 Saturn SL1

I have a 1999 Saturn SL1 w/120,000 miles. It would not start two weeks ago; changed the battery and everything was fine. Now it will not start again and cannot be jumped. The battery reads 12. 8 volts but all lights, locks, etc. Will not operate.

Hey bluzluva,
Check the fuses both in the underhood box and the box in the passenger compartment. Also check the battery cables. Both ends.

Do you have any power with the key in the acc position? Or is there no power with the key in any position?
