2001 Saturn L300 Occasional Starting

Car has occasional problems starting. On unknown occasions the engine will turn but the engine will not fire.
it will then start 30 - 60 minutes later with no problem
Timing belt has recently been replaced

Hi, I see your Saturn has/had the same mine has. I was just wondering if you ever found the answer? I don't see one posted here, but maybe you found out what was causing it. I am inclined to think it's the fuel pump or the filter (and I am leaning towards the filter.) Any help would be much appreciated.
