The bearing housing is seized, and frozen to the brake rotor and is unable to come loose. We have tried PB blaster, heating, and brute force to no avail.

Hi,

If you are unable to remove the rotor, there aren't too many choices. Did you use a propane torch to heat it or an oxy-acetylene torch? Propane won't get it hot enough.

If it will not come off using a heavy hammer and heat, you will likely need to start cutting until it loosens enough to hammer it off.

I know that sounds crazy, but if you have everything unbolted and it still won't move, that is the only thing I can think of other than replacing the entire spindle assembly/knuckle.

Let me know. Also, if you could upload a pic of what is happening, it may help me.

Take care,

Joe
