Right side turn signal not flashing

So, my left turn signal works like normal as do my hazard signals but my right side turn signal only lights up but does not flash at all. I assume that means that my flasher relay is broken but I’m honestly not sure. I was wondering if I could get someone's opinion if that sounds about right. Also, I found a flasher relay under that dash by my brake pedal to the left of the steering column but that ended up being my hazard flasher relay. I was also wondering if someone knows where the turn signal relay is at in the car and is there a relay for left and right turn signals or are both turn signals ran through a single flasher relay. TIA

It looks like the turn signal flasher is near the steering column on the left check out the diagrams below to see the location of the turn signal flasher. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
