Hello again. To me that sounds like when you pulled and checked and changed fuses that the computer got kind of scrambled and is misreading it's signals, for lack of a better analogy. The first thing that I'd suggest doing is that you disconnect the battery for at least fifteen minutes, and then reconnect it and see what happens. I'll bet that this issue goes away completely. I'm posting what information I can find about disconnecting the battery in the images below.
While the battery is disconnected, it would be a good idea for you to recheck your work with the fuses, making sure that they're all snugly in place and that the correct amperage ratings are in the slots. A loose or blown fuse could be causing the computer to not receive as much power as is needed, which could be causing it to act oddly.
