Sorry for the delay. Just so I am clear, you removed the secondary timing chain as well? If so, you need to align the secondary timing chain as attached and then align the primary chain. You don't need to worry about having the secondary chain aligned when you are aligning the primary. You do the secondary and then the primary. Once the secondary is aligned it will remain aligned.
