Hello, I am confronting a problem with the oil filter housing adapter and would like to replace. Wondering if you could help in the removal procedure as to bolts to remove size and if it would be feasable to use another adapter to both relocate the oil filter and oil sender. the gm part number is 10182312

unless the adapter is cracked there shold be an Oring behind that lay leak replace that and you shold be fine . if you need a different adapter. if it is like the one in pic that just screws into block and your problem is the oil filter. I only recommend ac,purolater , wix or napa.
