i was wondering if it was possible to put a cold air intake system into my 1995 grand prix

You can usually buy vehicle specific, or universal CAI systems. K&N sells many different types.

If you are expecting a large HP increase, you MAY get 1 or 2 or none.

The factory system is generally hard to beat.

If you want to know if the CAI is working, get a scan tool and measure IAT (incoming air temp) with the factory system, then with the CAI. That will give you evidence it is working or not.
