After incorrectly trying to jump the A/C compressor the engine will crank but will not start

I was trying to jump the A/C compressor by putting a paper clip in one of the relays and I ended up putting it into the wrong relay. now my car won't turn over. it will crank but not start. the fuel pump doesn't even make a sound. i have checked all the fuses already and I don't know what to do.
