Codes P0220 and P2135, reduced power mode?

Truck went into reduced power mode. Code p0220. And p2135. Relating to the TPS. And the sensor on the accelerator. Is it possible that the both go bad at the same time. And is it possible to test these with a multi meter to determine which one is causing I can let the truck sit for a few minutes and restart and the power comes back but it is running very roughly. It is a 6.0 vortex. The engine is new. Only 3 years old. But I believe they used the original intake and throttle body on the new engine.

Yes, they do use the existing intake and throttle body when installing a new engine. These codes come up when the throttle body needs to be serviced which is what I would try first and then clear the codes.

Check the images below and let me know what happens please. Usually when you get both codes it is a service issue, but I have included the accelerator pedal positions replacement as well, which can be tested with a voltmeter.
