On a rebuilt head, how do I time the camshafts before installation?

How do I time the camshafts before installation?

There are some special tools to this job which is done while replacing the timing belt which I assume you are doing as well. Here are the instructions to replace the timing belt and install the camshafts in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
