The lights go out in the dash soon as you let off the switch?

I've already had to PCM check or tested they came back good. Do you think dirty oil from Blow by or just leaking blowing into the connections finishing to do with it? Also one bad rotor cause of vibration when you let off the accelerator everything under the front end brand new except for a rotor that's kind of messed up.

I was wondering if a warped rotor would cause shaking / vibrations when letting off of the accelerator also anything over 55mph tie rods axles strut everything is new also had all 4 tires checked and wheels balance still talking about my 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue GL
