Radio not working properly

All of a sudden I started one day and you can't see any channels like in the pictures. No sound, you can still maneuver between the options such as nav, phone and so forth but no numbers are showing at all.

It appears there are others that have experienced this and they went to the dealer and had the radio software updated.

I am attaching the info on a couple TSBs that cover the software updates.

Unfortunately if this doesn't work then it may need to be replaced. The TSB covers this as well.

Take a look at the attachments and let us know if you have other questions.
