This is the typical symptom when the memory circuit is lost. There is a 10-amp fuse plugged into the back of the radio, but first look for some other circuit that isn't working. The memory circuit is almost always tied in with a different circuit that is always live. Most commonly that is the interior lights, but it could also be the horn, brake lights, or cigarette lighter, (on those cars that have a lighter that works without having to turn on the ignition switch).
