Electrical/charging issue

While I was driving about 2 weeks ago my wife and I went to a store and she turns the hazard lights on after she did that they car duckered down like it was going to shut off and the battery light came on. So I took the battery to AutoZone they said the battery is good. I changed the alternator and a new starter. My speedometer and mileage lights are out as soon as I start the car. But my gas/hot cold meter work as long as my rpm meter.

Hi:

I need you to check something for me. These vehicles have the voltage regulator (for the alternator output) built into the powertrain control module. Even though the alternator is new, it could be under or over charging. We need to check that.

To do it, all you will need is a digital multi meter or volt meter. It's really easy to do.
