I have just had my AC compressor changed a couple of days back. Car was driving very good for an entire day. Next day evening while driving home, the engine suddenly stalled. Even though car was moving and I was getting acceleration response, it was not the regular one. Rpm was above 4,500 to 5,000 but power was not getting delivered as usual. Felt like the transmission was getting stuck and suddenly it got released to deliver full power and next moment again got stuck. No jerks or vibration or breakdown. Car still starts fine. Reverse gear is normal.
Does this has any connection with AC compressor change? On and off position of AC does not seem to affect this engine behavior.

Hello,

This sounds like you are losing correlation between the throttle body and the pedal sensor which will put the car into limp mode which it sounds like it is in. To make sure lets run the codes and here isa guide to help you clean the throttle body please disconnect the battery first.
