I think I have a good idea what the issue is. I am not sure what has failed but here is what is happening.
When you turn the vehicle off, the keyless receiver unit which is what picks up the signal from the FOB to open the doors, is supposed to have power so that it is always waiting for the signal and then it sends what is called a wake-up signal to the fuse box which contains a control unit in it. This control unit is what actually operates the door locks so when the key is off, the receiver unit is not getting power, so it is offline and never wakes up the control unit.
However, the fact that the button does not work either makes me think that the control unit is the issue and not the receiver. Basically, the control unit is what sends the power to the receiver, so I am thinking we have a fuse issue, or the control unit has failed.

The way to test this is to monitor the voltage on the Back up B+ and the Door Lock B+ and you should have 12 volts all the time on these circuits.
If you do, then go to the receiver and check for power on the white/red wire as well.
Please see the wiring diagram below and let me know what you find with this, and we can go from there. Thanks
