Possible transmission issues

Had my back spacer plate break on my starter mount had to pull the transmission out. well, long story short after getting it all buttoned up, I have reverse first and second gear works great, but drive it can barley make it up a hill at 2500 rpm's. all connectors are snapped in, fluid levers are spot on, nothing is burnt. just dumbfounded because everything worked great before the back spacer plate.

Can you double check the turbine speed sensor connection? here is the location. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
