1997 Sunfire GT 2.4L auto trans.
My daughter drove her car through TS Bill's rainstorm last saturday and ended up parking in our yard because the water was too high at the driveway. For the next couple of days it would run fine. Then the CEL lit. I scanned it and found out the radiator fan fuse blew. I replaced it and all ran fine. Now ALL the dash warning lights come on and it only runs for half a second after starting. The back of the car had water in it because she was parked at an angle. I've got all the carpeting out of it now and other then the airbag sensor there is nothing mounted to the floor and nothing got really wet.

Are you getting spark and fuel to the engine? Has the check engine light come back on?

Yes spark is fine while the key is on.
I actually have it running now and there are no codes on the ECU but at random times the tach and temp guages go dead and/or all the warning lights in the dash display come on. Except the check engine?
When this happens the car still runs fine.
I'm perplexed, I've opened, inspected (they were dry) connection cleanered and reseated all of the pugs that I could find in the engine compartment and it makes no difference.
I think I've got a bad case of gremlins.
