Electrical problem
2005 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My engine ligt recently came on. We have since notice that there are wires (covered by a black tube) were severed from our exhaust towards the front end. How serious of a problem is this. We have attempted on a couple occasions to have a diagnostics done, but due to time constraints, it has been impossible to leave the car with the repair shop. Is this issue serious to our everyday commuting?[img:c9a0601217]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/557396_IMG_3176_1.jpg[/img:c9a0601217]

Look's like your rear o2 sensor wire's i would get on that and quick a bad o2 reading can damage the cat which is way more expensive then that o2 sensor. If you look for where that wire connects and you can find the connector it goes to and it's not damaged then you could just get a new sensor and do it yourself.
