My wife's car vibrates pretty significantly under a right-turn acceleration, like on an on-ramp or long curve. It also vibrates a little while accelerating in a straight line, though not as bad, and isn't noticeable at all under left turn accels. I've done a little research on forums and am pretty sure it's the axle assy/cv joint, but is there a way to tell which side is bad? They're fairly cheap and I could replace both, but would rather just replace the bad one. Thanks.

These axles are very strong. I would physically move it up and down and one of them should be significantly worse than the other. Also wiggle tire up and down to check hub bearing.

Yeah, I changed out the pass. Side hub last week because the speed sensor was bad, and there was also something screwy with the abs sensor, but that cured it. I was hoping the new bearing would make a difference, but didn't. I'll get back under it and give the axles a good jolt. Thanks a lot for the quick response.
