2001 Pontiac Grand Prix fuel system

MY pontiac has a problem starting after it is filled with fuel, ONLY after it has been refueled does the car crank over but not start, after trying it a few times and letting it sit for a minute will it finally start, any suggestions? Also the gas gauge will show you how much gas you have when you start up but then it goes all the way to full and stays there, are these two problems related?

Sounds like the same problem. The fuel pump and sender inside the gas tank are probaqbly loose and floating around not secured causing your problem. Either way im sure your going to find the problem inside the gas tank.
