2004 Pontiac Grand Prix Fuel gauge and shakes when braking

My fuel gauge is not reading right. It says it emtpy and the warning light comes on but it not empty. Then it reads full but its not, Also when i brake the car shakes and wobble, any sugesstions?

The gauge problem is either the gauge itself, or the sender in tank.
You would have to isolate the wires to the gauge from the sender and measure resistance.
Most GM cars are 0-90 ohms, 0 is empty and 90 is full.
If resistance flucuates, then sender is bad, if not then gauge is bad.

The wobble is most likely a warped rotor.
