I cannot get my flat tire off of my 91 grand am. The lug nuts come off but the tire is still stuck on solid. Is it rusted or am I missing a bolt or something?

Hey neb.
Kens got that one nailed for ya! It may also be called a DPFEGR or DPFE sensor, depending on the parts supplier you get it from.

It sounds like the rim has coroded around the tire, the best way to get the tire off is to hit the back of the tire with a hammer, or you might be able to hit it from the front, on the tire not the rim.

A couple tips to add:
-put one nut on about 1/2" or so, in case it comes off suddenly.
-Use a big hammer.
- Give it a good whack and turn it 1/3 revolution every other whack.
