For the past 30,000 miles the front right disc brake pads wear down in 6000 to 10000 miles. I have replaced the rotors sevaral times, including the current pair which were an aftermarket high performance set of rotors. I even tried EBC's green pads, they lasted only 4000 miles. I finally replaced the both front calipers, about a month ago. The rotors were istill n good shape. I figured maybe I had either a dragging caliper or a gummed up caliper. The situation does not appear to have improved. I can tell from the brake noise that the right front disc brake pads, that it is wearing rapidly, again. What is the next area that I should look at, replace? Master cylinder, ABS valving? Thanks for your assistance.

Here are a few thoughts.

Did you use a high quality caliper grease in all the right places?

Was the fluid flow good when you bled it at that wheel?

If you have rear drum brakes, did you adjust them all the way out?

1. No I did not apply caliper grease to all of the locations noted. I will do this when I replace the pads, shortly,

2. Brake fluid flowed smoothly and cleanly when I bled the calipers.

3. The rear brakes are disc, not drum brakes. I have not checked them, since they have not been making noise. They have been replaced once.
