passenger front brake pad has only pressure to the bottom half of pad. I replaced the caliper, rotor and pads but the problem continues.

Either the slides are sticking, or if it's a dual piston, one piston sticks. or the caliper mounting bracket is bent.

Liberally coat inner diameter of bushings with silicone grease (GM P/N 18010908), or equivalent.

Install caliper. Install caliper bolts and bushings. If bolts slide through bushings using
hand pressure, go to next step. If bolts do not slide through bushings using hand pressure, remove bolts and bushings. Clean bores with denatured alcohol. Inspect bores for corrosion, replace as necessary. Lubricate bushings with silicone grease and install.

Install caliper bolts and tighten to specification. If brake hose was not disconnected, go to next step. If brake hose was disconnected, install NEW sealing washers, and connect brake hose to caliper. Tighten fitting bolt to specification.. Bleed brake
hydraulic system, and go to next step.

Apply brakes several times to seat pads. Install wheel, aligning marks made during removal. Tighten wheel lug nuts to specification.Fill brake fluid reservoir. Road-test vehicle.
