The car was running fine. The car sat overnight and would not start the next morning. I have replaced the fuel filter, checked the fuel pressure which is at 60lbs, replaced the spark plugs. While changing the spark plugs I sprayed starter fluid in the engine which allowed the engine to run approx 5-10 secs. I have checked all fuses and are ok. I have 12.2 ohms at the fuel inj's and voltage at each inj wire harness. Would this be the fuel pressure reg at the fuel rail? What are my options before taking it to the dealer?

Right now, it sounds like no injector ground? Not sure why? Use a noid lite, check for injector pulse, engine cranking, the lite pulses. Can you check for applicable trouble codes? At the least you need an obd2 code reader. I'm not sure of engine litre size?
