Is the security light blinking? If so, put your key in the ignition, turn to run, wait 10 long minutes. After that the security light will turn on steadly (will stop blinkling). Turn off, then start the car. It will now turn on.

This is a common issue with PASSLOCK II from what I read. If it happend more, it may need replacement. As to what to replace, I'm not sure if it's the whole ignition switch or just a module. I had that problem on mine, however due to a different reason. Bugged remote starter and passlock II bypass module that give trouble. I ended up bypassing the protection with a resistor.
