I have a 2000 pontiac grand am 160000 miles. Runs perfect one day, then went in the house for a couple hours, come back out won't start up it turns over but doesn't crank up. This happened b4 like 4 months ago, a mechanic replace the fuel pump. But its doing it again. I listen to hear the fuel pump hummmm I hear it a lil but its not loud. So I don't think its the fuel pump. Evap code come up when on the diagnostic machine but that's been there since 4 ever. An Alley mechanic played with the fuel injectors and it started car ran for another 2 months. NOW its doing it again. He says no gas going to the engine so it must be the fuel pump. There's no pressure line to test the fuel pressure. WHAT'S MY PROBLEM? WHAT TO DO? HELP PLEEEAAAASSSSEEEEE!

Have the fuel pressure check to rule out the fuel pump if okay-check if the injectors are pulsing

You check the fuel pressure on the fuel pressure connector on the fuel rail

No fire-

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing
