2000 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

It was running fine when I parked it 2 days ago and then when I went out to start it it will not start it acts like it wants to start but it will not start. We have changed fuel filter, spark plugs and still not starting. I called a auto parts store and the said it sounded like the TPS. I know when you try to turni t over the IAC makes a clicking sound. It is getting good fuel pressure. Also my husband says that the spark plugs were soaked in gas. Any ideas

If the plugs are gas fouled, dry or replace them, then do a relearn on the Passkey system, here's how, Also change the motor oil before you start the car! You may have gas in the oil by now, and too much will raise the level and could ruin the engine!
GM PASS LOCK RELEARN- Ignition to "run" position, try to start and let key return to "run" position
Approx ten minutes security light will go off
Turn key "off" and wait 5 seconds
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 relearns.
Turn key off, then start it
