While driving my car the engine started reving up and down while pressing on the gas constintly, then all the gages went down to 0 and the lights dimed. I stopped and turned car off to try and restart to fix it but it wouldnt restart. It kinda tried to turn over but didnt. We jumped started the car and tried driving again and it did the same thing. This time I keep going trying to make it home. As I pulled in the drive way it all the way died and would not restart. Help please.

Sounds like you either need a new battery or its your alternator

I got the car looked at and it was the battery and altenator! So good job!
